ZANZIBAR VISA PROCESS
We understand that Destination Wedding Guests come from different Countries. Understand this we and we love supporting them so they are not stressed. We do NOT offer visa services but we working closely with Visa Agents and the immigration Office to ensure that every guest is served either with Visa on Arrival or Pre Application Visa.
Visa Price service are USD xxx Per person. This covers lodging your documentation and and following up until it it out. You will personally pay the visa fee directly on line.
Our Agents also help you process the invitation Letter.
GUEST ACCOMODATION IN OTHER HOTELS
As your wedding Planner we help you book accommodation at the main Wedding Venue. WE understand that we have other guests who love to stay in other hotels other than the hotel Venue. We at Grace The Wedding Planner do NOT cover the service under our package but rather we recommend near by hotels. Should a Wedding guest want us to Assist them on that we do at a separate charge.
LUXURY CATAMARAN & SUNSET DHOW CRUSE ARRANGEMENT
Destination Weddings are all about Guests Experience and yes we love creating such moments. We have very good contacts and network with boat owners and we can organize that cruise at an extra coordination Fee while you pay for the Cruise directly.
EXCURSIONS-TOUR TRIPS
Excursions are inevitable when you go for Destination Wedding. We DO NOT cover the service under our Wedding Packages but we work with Tour Companies and Tour Guides who will offer you wonderful experiences with genuine prices. We help you link and coordinate the Tour and recommend you different places that you may visit that will match your Vision.
